Job Summary
SKILLSET REQUIRED Experience in Banking Domain. Experienced in JAVA / Python & SQL. Good proficiency in at least one programming language: Exposure to relational database development or administration landscape. Understanding of database concepts, queries and procedural code. Good Understanding in AI/ML Libraries & cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Strong understanding of machine concepts, algorithms, statistical modeling predictive analytics Good understanding of JIRA. Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms Understanding of: Object‑Oriented Programming, Databases (SQL / NoSQL basics), Operating Systems & Computer Networks Familiarity with: Web technologies (REST APIs, microservices), Git / version control, Cloud concepts (AWS / Azure / GCP – good to have) Soft Skills: Strong logical reasoning, analytical and problem‑solving ability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Professional attitude and ownership mindset Strong written & verbal communication skills to convey functional & technical concepts. Spoken & written English competency allowing for efficient communication in a tech-driven environment. Desired Skills: Competitive programming / hackathons / research exposure Knowledge of: Distributed systems, DevOps / CI‑CD Open‑source contributions (preferred, not mandatory) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Undergoing Training & getting certified on one platform. Providing consulting services for financial institutions using Platform products. Contributing to the customization and parameterization of Platform Product modules - from requirements analysis, through solution design to delivery. Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to extract insights from large datasets Work with stakeholders to identify key business problems & determine how AI can address them Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to business stakeholders Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continually enhance Customize and parameterize modules according to client requirements and coding best practices. Develop and use SQL queries, DML operations and procedural SQL to perform the assigned tasks. Contribute to client requirement collection and documentation. Design and perform unit test cases for the code developed. Interact with business users for clarifications, defects resolution etc. and provide other consulting services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired project results. Analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions Work on full SDLC including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support and maintain high‑quality software applications Collaborate with architects, product managers, and global stakeh
