Role Overview:

Join our dynamic overseas education consultancy team as a Senior Student Counselor. This role is pivotal in guiding students through their international education journey, ensuring they make informed decisions about their future. Your expertise in study abroad counselling will be crucial in converting student inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities and guide them in selecting appropriate courses, universities, and study destinations.
• Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions by assisting students with application and visa processes.
• Lead and support counselling and telecalling teams, ensuring effective performance and achievement of monthly targets.
• Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion performance and conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates and coordinate with the marketing team for quality lead generation.
• Maintain relationships with partner universities and identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and student data, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with admission and visa procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in study abroad counselling, with mandatory experience in overseas education consultancy.
• Proven track record in student conversion and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of major study destinations such as the UK, Ireland, and Germany.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Leadership and team management skills with a target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:

• Additional certifications in counselling or education management.
• Experience in business development or marketing within the education sector.
• Familiarity with additional study destinations.
