Primary Responsibility:

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Experience writing unit tests and integration tests using xUnit/NUnit, TDD practices
  • Experience with DevOps toolchains such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
  • Experience supporting or integrating with data pipelines (SSIS, Azure Data Factory)
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems:
    • Migration from Strongly Desired Technology skills (NET Framework 3.5 - 4.8, .NET Core, and .NET 5)to modern .NET platforms
  • Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems:
    • Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus
  • Data access experience using:
    • Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or similar ORM frameworks
  • Agile delivery experience in Scrum teams, including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Hands-on experience building scalable applications using .NET (8/9/10), C#, and ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC, Minimal APIs)
  • Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for modern web development
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services
  • Experience building background/worker services and asynchronous processing solutions
  • Experience working with SQL Server/Azure SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB)
  • Practical experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
  • Experience working within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker) and basic orchestration concepts (Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred), including app services, storage, and monitoring and delivery
  • Solid proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and distributed system fundamentals
  • Solid working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development
  • Solid SQL skills with hands-on experience in stored procedures, views, indexing, and query optimization
  • Applied knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and layered design patterns
  • Familiarity with modern hosting and deployment:
    • IIS, Kestrel, containerized apps
  • Frontend development using Angular (v20+), React, or similar modern frameworks
  • Understanding of API security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, API gateways)
