SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Financial / Functional Perspective
- Control execution costs and reduce wastage and rework
- Optimize manpower and material utilization
- Support achievement of billing and milestone targets
- Improve productivity through effective supervision
- Deliver assigned tower as per committed timelines and quality
- Coordinate with consultants and customers for inspections
- Resolve site-level issues and escalations
- Enhance stakeholder confidence through disciplined execution
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities for the tower
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety norms
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, safety and MEP teams
- Monitor contractor performance and productivity
- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings
- Ensure timely inspections, approvals and handovers
- Maintain construction documentation and reports
- Develop technical and leadership skills
- Promote safety culture and quality awareness
- Encourage best construction practices
- Mentor junior engineers and supervisors
