Your impact
responsible for leading discipline-specific engineering activities across projects or sectors. This role provides technical leadership, drives project delivery, ensures quality and compliance, manages team performance, and builds strong client relationships to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Lead and manage engineering activities for assigned projects/sectors.
Monitor project schedules, productivity, and overall performance.
Ensure timely delivery within budget and defined quality standards.
Prepare scope of work, effort estimation, and resource plans.
Identify risks, constraints, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Leadership
Act as the technical authority for discipline-related deliverables.
Provide guidance and direction to teams on technical matters.
Review, evaluate, and approve deliverables as per discipline standards.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
Review vendor submissions, bids, and documentation.
Drive adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to departmental work instructions and quality systems.
Maintain high-quality deliverables ( >98% accuracy).
Participate in internal and client review meetings.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
People Management & Development
Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
Evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
Promote knowledge sharing and maintain lessons learned database.
Plan staffing requirements and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Represent the organization in client-facing meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client expectations and translate them into execution plans.
Ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline).
Significant experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Prior experience in SME / Lead / Supervisory role preferred.
Strong understanding of engineering standards and best practices

Strong communication and decision-making abilities
