Role Overview
We are looking for a highly accomplished B2B Sales professional with a proven track record of winning and closing large-value deals in the publishing, education, content, research, or knowledge services sector. The role requires a strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities, engage with senior decision-makers, lead complex sales discussions, and build long-term partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong enterprise sales expertise, exceptional relationship management skills, must have ability & skill to close.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through enterprise and institutional sales.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closure of high-value publishing and content solution deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, academic leaders, and key decisionmakers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Editorial, Production, Marketing, and Operations) to deliver customized client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets
- 8–15+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development.
- Prior experience in Publishing, Academic Publishing, Educational Services, Digital Content, Knowledge Solutions, Research Services, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value and complex deals.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder engagements.
