Sales Executive FMCG

Job Summary:

The FMCG Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling company products to retailers, distributors, and customers while achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Visit retail shops, distributors, supermarkets, and other outlets regularly.
• Promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and resolve their concerns promptly.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility at outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues when required.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team for timely product delivery.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of FMCG market and sales techniques.
• Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
• Customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and sales reporting is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
• Experience in FMCG sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Field sales role involving regular travel within the assigned area.
• Flexible to work on targets and market visits.

Salary- upto 25k - 30K + allowance

Location - Bangalore, Mysore
