Role Description The intern will support (respective teams on Medical Affairs, Legal Affairs and Regulatory Affairs) daily operational activities, including coordinating internal workflows, assisting with documentation, and tracking project milestones across research, medical affairs, and marketing support functions. Responsibilities include preparing basic reports, handling data entry and analysis related to operational performance, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help monitor timelines and resource allocation, and assist in maintaining compliance with internal standards. This position provides exposure to healthcare and bio-pharmaceutical operations while developing professional skills in a structured, mentoring environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess foundational Operations Management and Project Management skills to help coordinate tasks, track progress, and improve processes.
- Candidates should possess basic business operations awareness or interest to support internal coordination with business development and client-facing teams when required.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, proficiency in productivity tools (such as AI agents, spreadsheets and presentation software), ability to learn quickly, and a strong interest in healthcare or bio-pharmaceutical sectors.
- Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s program in Business, Law, Management, Life Sciences, Health Sciences (MBBS, PharmD, M.Pharm, B.Pharm, BDS, BSc) or a related field is preferred.
