This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, identifying and developing new sales opportunities, conducting client training sessions, creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will act as a bridge between customers and the company, ensuring client needs are met while driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Sales expertise, including lead generation and closing deals
- Experience in delivering training sessions and supporting client onboarding
- Knowledge and experience in sales and marketing strategies
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with the tech industry, data analytics, or software development is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
