Responsibilities
- End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM.
- Generating and conducting site visits for interested clients to relevant properties.
- Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures.
- Achieving a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
- A graduate from any discipline is preferred. 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Proficient in both Hindi & English, and local language is an advantage.
- MS Office, Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills.
- Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence.
