Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
Good-to-Have Skills: Minimum 1 year experience in RTR, Perform end‑to‑end Record to Report (RTR) activities, including General Ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Execute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities as per agreed close calendar and SLAs
Job Responsibilities Strong knowledge of Record to Report / General Accounting Month-end and year-end closing activities Journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations Balance Sheet and P&L analysis Fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and reporting fundamentals
