About Position

We are hiring a Product Owner with strong Lending (LOS) domain expertise to drive product vision, prioritize features, and lead Agile delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful solutions, ensuring seamless product execution and enhanced customer experience in a fast-paced fintech environment. What You'll Do

• Assess business value, develop business cases, and prioritize epics, stories, and themes aligned with product vision and strategic goals.
• Define and manage product deliveries, release plans, and feature scope in collaboration with platform leadership.
• Draft product objectives and strategies, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Define and track KPIs; utilize analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine product features.
• Convert functional specifications into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own, maintain, and refine the product backlog; lead backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
• Manage release planning and track progress through development and QA phases in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
• Lead software gate reviews, including formal and informal handoffs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product visioning and concept development.
• Translate complex sprint outcomes and technical updates into business-friendly summaries.
• Act as the voice of the customer across engineering, UX, QA, and business teams.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and impediments to program leadership.
• Ensure understanding of end-to-end customer experience, integrations, and technical dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development practices.
• Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture with shared accountability.
  
  

Expertise You'll Bring

• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software product development.
• Strong domain knowledge in Lending (LOS mandatory) and familiarity with LMS systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); SAFe experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering, QA, UX, and cross-functional teams.
• Product Owner certification preferred; Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced English communication skills (B2+ or higher).
• Prior experience in FinTech is a plus.
