We are looking for a presentable, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a positive first impression for visitors and clients.

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
• Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules.
• Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
• Respond to emails and basic customer queries.
• Handle basic administrative and data entry tasks.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Presentable and professional behavior.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email Handling).
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Previous receptionist or front office experience will be an added advantage.
