Job Summary

The Real Estate Portfolio Analyst role will support and work closely with the Real Estate Portfolio Management team, which is responsible for day-to-day management, administration, and reporting on the global real estate portfolio consisting of over 250 owned and leased real estate assets including manufacturing, distribution, office, and logistics sites.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional real estate role involving corporate real estate, occupancy advisory, and/or lease administration.
  • Supports occupancy cost tracking and analysis and assists with managing and optimizing the global real estate portfolio.
  • Provides operational support across real estate transactions, construction, engineering, and facility operations.
  • Develops and delivers standard and ad-hoc reports and analyzes trends and key performance indicators to support strategic initiatives.
  • Maintains accuracy and integrity of the real estate database while partnering with stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve processes.
  • Serves as a liaison to internal and external partners by gathering requirements, coordinating communication, and ensuring timely follow-through. Supports coordination with vendors and third-party service providers and monitors deliverables, timelines, and service quality.
  • Knowledge of industrial real estate principles and operations; commercial real estate terminology; and financial analysis and cash flow modeling. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience with lease

administration systems. Basic understanding of AI tools and agents.

Education Preferred- Major: Bachelor's degree Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting
