This Role is part of PDS-Investors Team, and selected candidates will be working on project management consultancy or construction management projects managed by Cushman & Wakefield.

About the Role:

Assist in execution and supervision of civil, ensuring quality compliance, adherence to specifications, and timely progress.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise civil works including foundations, structural works & site infra.

• Conduct daily inspections and ensure drawing/spec compliance.
• Verify measurements, progress and contractor productivity.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight issues.

• Chemical plants experience
• Petrochemical / Refinery projects
• API / Pharma bulk drug projects
• Specialty chemicals
• Hydrogen generation & high-pressure systems
• Process plants with DCS/PLC automation
• Large PEB industrial buildings
