Responsibilities

• Support candidate scheduling, follow-up emails, interview trackers, resume organisation, and timely status updates.
• Maintain onboarding, attendance, leave, and document checklists with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with office operations such as vendor follow-ups, inventory, meeting prep, reimbursements, and employee requests.
• Draft simple HR/admin templates, notes, and process checklists that reduce repeated manual work.
• Observe HR conversations and learn how to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with candidates and team members.
  
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong written communication, calendar discipline, spreadsheet basics, and willingness to maintain detailed trackers.
• Reliability with confidential information, punctual follow-ups, and repetitive documentation work.
• Ability to stay organised across many small tasks, ask for clarity early, and represent the company professionally.
  
  

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree or diploma.
• A genuine passion for the craft and a strong willingness to learn.
• Available to work on-site in Vadodara for the internship duration.
  
  

Employment details

• Paid internship (stipend below)
• On-site at our Vadodara, Gujarat studio
• 3–6 months duration, with potential for a pre-placement offer
• Start date: as soon as the right person is found
  
  

Compensation

This is a paid internship. Stipend: ₹10,000–16,000 / month, based on skills and experience.
