Role Overview

As a Principal Associate in Hyperlocal Planning, you will be a key driver within the Analytics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. You will be responsible for orchestrating the demand and supply dynamics of Myntra’s hyperlocal business, ensuring operational excellence through data-driven insights and robust inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand & Supply Planning: Lead the demand calibration process to ensure optimal stock levels and serviceability for hyperlocal delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory planning cycles to minimize stockouts and manage aging inventory effectively.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to forecast trends, measure performance metrics, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline supply chain processes to improve delivery speed and efficiency within the hyperlocal ecosystem.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with SCM, Analytics, and Business Operations teams to align planning goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum: 5 Years
  • Maximum: 10 Years

Mandatory Skills

  • Supply Chain Planning: Deep understanding of SCM principles and logistics.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Proven track record in managing complex planning cycles.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in extracting insights from large datasets to guide business strategy.
  • Operations Excellence: Experience in process optimization and efficiency scaling.

Optional/Preferred Skills:

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional leadership.
