We are looking for a Presentation Specialist who is passionate about creating visually compelling and professionally formatted business presentations. This role involves working with global clients to design, format, and enhance PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote presentations that communicate ideas effectively and maintain high visual standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong presentation design skills with attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. You will play a key role in transforming raw content into polished, client-ready presentations while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and format high-quality presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Develop presentation templates from scratch based on client requirements and branding guidelines.
• Transform raw content into visually engaging and professional presentation decks.
• Apply design principles, layout techniques, and visual storytelling concepts to improve presentation impact.
• Ensure consistency in formatting, typography, color schemes, and overall visual appearance.
• Deliver projects independently from initiation to final submission while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a self-review and quality control process to ensure error-free deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously improve presentation quality through creative thinking and innovative design approaches.
• Follow client-specific templates, formatting standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Support revisions and updates based on client feedback while maintaining project timelines.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2–3 years of experience working with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or presentation design projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced presentation formatting techniques.
• Hands-on experience creating presentation templates, business decks, pitch decks, and corporate presentations.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout design, and presentation best practices.
• Ability to transform complex information into clear, visually appealing presentation content.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and error-free work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to enhance content through effective visual presentation.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
• Experience working in a client-facing or professional services environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
