People Office Associate - Talent Acquisition

MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Associate – People Office (Talent Acquisition) to support recruitment activities across India and the United States. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, candidate engagement, and global recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking, along with strong communication skills and a candidate-focused approach. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different time zones and managing multiple recruitment activities in a fast-paced, global environment

Joining Location - Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and offer documentation.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records, ATS data, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support campus recruitment, university outreach, career fairs, and early-career hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate with university placement officers and manage campus hiring activities.
• Schedule interviews across India and US time zones, including US business hours when required.
• Ensure timely candidate communication, confidentiality, and compliance with recruitment processes.

What You Will Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or recruitment coordination.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, and recruitment trackers.
• Exposure to campus recruitment and platforms such as Handshake or Twelve Twenty is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across different time zones.
