Your Role

  • Oversee day-to-day IAM operations (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, access provisioning, deprovisioning)
  • Ensure SLA adherence, service availability, and incident resolution
  • Manage IAM support teams and vendors
  • Document technical processes, SOP’s.
  • Drive system health monitoring, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
  • Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Support access certifications, SoD controls, and audit remediation
  • Provide reporting on KPIs, risks, and operational metrics
  • Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual efforts
  • Lead, mentor, and develop IAM operations teams
  • Manage capacity planning, skill development, and performance reviews

Your Skills

  • 6-8 years in IAM, with strong operations leadership experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of IGA, RBAC/ABAC models
  • Experience with tools like RSA
  • Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and risk frameworks
  • Proven stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.a
