Job Title: Technical Head
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the beverage/mineral water bottling industry.
Location- Mavli, Udaipur
Roles Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Hilden Machines and Blowing Machines.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns efficiently.
Handle all mechanical maintenance activities in the bottling plant.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and production efficiency.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Qualification & Skills
Hands-on experience with Hilden Machines and Blowing Machines.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently handle machine breakdowns and repairs.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
