§ Conducting weekly / monthly / Quarterly meeting with stakeholders
§ PLM establishment and further enhancement & Dashboard automation
§ Analytics (NP performance, Lead time, comparison analysis etc)
§ Deployment of best practices across the brands
§ Monitoring the overall new product introduction
§ Consolidating the innovations across the department and supporting them for implementation
§ Post launch review
§ Kaizen
§ Capacity & Capability gap identification
