Job Summary
This role is accountable for driving strategic workforce planning initiatives within the Talent Supply Chain function. The individual leverages advanced HR analytics and planning methodologies to ensure optimal resource allocation, support business growth, and align workforce strategies with organizational objectives. They play a key role in managing complex workforce scenarios, influencing talent decisions, and enabling data-driven HR operationsKey Responsibilities
