Provide L3 (Level 3) support for Linux-based systems, addressing escalated issues.Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues related to Linux servers, networking, storage, and performance.Perform regular system administration tasks, including server monitoring, backup management, patching, and configuration.Design, deploy, and maintain high-availability and scalable Linux environments.Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (Bash, Python, or Perl) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (networking, security, and application) to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues.Optimise system performance, resource utilisation, and monitor system health using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.How to apply
