Job Description/ Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced WFM Pro UKG Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in customization and configuration of WFM Pro solutions in a Retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements.
10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central.
Should have experience of maintaining the WFM solution for Retail industry.
Strong exposure and knowledge of the various features like Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduler and/or Forecaster
Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support.
This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
