Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable, cloud-enabled solutions using modern frameworks and architectural best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Develop scalable and high-performance solutions following multi-tier architecture principles.
• Build and enhance applications using Spring ecosystem frameworks including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Implement robust persistence solutions using Hibernate and related ORM technologies.
• Apply architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices to create maintainable and extensible applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Develop and deploy applications in cloud environments while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise solutions following multi-tier architecture.
• Proficiency in:
  • Java/J2EE
  • Spring Framework
  • Spring Boot
  • Spring Cloud
  • Hibernate
• Strong understanding of enterprise architectural principles and design patterns.
• Experience in developing and deploying applications on at least one cloud platform:
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
