Work Experience
B.Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in facility management, Strong expertise in:
Substation operations, Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets), HVAC, Fire, STP & Plumbing systems, MEP operations and Building maintenance, Facility build/Refurbishments/Infrastructure management

Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Maintenance: Plan, organize, and supervise Operation & Maintenance (O&M) - Electrical substations (HT/LT panels, transformers), DG sets and backup power systems, HVAC systems, Fire detection and firefighting systems, Plumbing and general building services
- Maintenance Management: Handle Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance, Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logbooks, Schedule preventive maintenance activities for all MEP systems,
- Team & Vendor Management: Manage and supervise the Maintenance team, Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules ensuring 24x7 operations, Coordinate with vendors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management, Ensure vendor performance and SLA compliance, Arrange manpower and vendor support for planned/unplanned activities and events
- Reporting & Documentation: Review and submit reports including: Preventive Maintenance (PM) reports,
- Energy & Cost Management: Monitor and analyze energy consumption trends, Implement power conservation initiatives, Support and drive client-led energy-saving programs, Focus on OPEX optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Compliance, Safety & Audits: Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance, Provide a safe, secure, and clean environment for occupants, Coordinate and support internal and external audits, Investigate and report equipment failures, incidents, and security breaches
- Facility Build & Projects: Support New facility build, expansion, and refurbishment projects,Assist in planning and execution of infrastructure improvements, Ensure smooth commissioning of new installations,Design, execution and coordination with vendors/inter department team, Support to layout drafting, PR/Invoice processing
- General Maintenance: Supervise overall civil, electrical, and MEP maintenance works, Ensure upkeep of building infrastructure and utilities, Coordination with vendors, Support/Coordinate with inter department team
- Additional Responsibilities: Monitor all critical equipment on a continuous basis, Ensure uninterrupted operation of all essential services, The resource shall be required to undertake travel, as necessary, to Quest Global office locations across India (PAN India) to support project requirements and deliverables.
