Job Description-
Main Purpose of Job (Why job exists/what it must achieve)
Key Account Managers are Mid-level managers with a techno-commercial mindset who develop and manage Leap service offering customers. They coordinate all aspects of Sales funnel management and ensure that the ground operation team provides excellent service experience in line with customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities / Job Summary
(Primary deliverables of role and its scope)
Identify New Business Opportunities for Onboarding New Customers for various Leap Offerings considering customer Pain points and need
Managing overall Sales funnel (S0-S4): Generating Leads, Managing conversion, health & ageing of the sales pipeline
Managing Key Accounts - Developing them for achieving target Service & Product Revenue along with sustained Profitability
Developing Relationships with the Key Accounts (Existing and New) to ensure business continuity
Develop, Maintain and Manage the service level (Manpower & Equipment) of Leap offering by ensuring Governance
Coach & Train, the FTE for Service quality, adherence to Apollo Safety guidelines, soft skills
Responsible for coordinating & successful on-ground implementation of service offerings in the assigned fleets
Liaise with the multiple operational stakeholders (Field team/ Equipment provider/ Manpower provider etc..) to ensure execution as per the SOP & predefined timeline
Enhance workflows to enable a customer-centric business approach to business

Advanced Product knowledge (Tyre & Commercial Vehicle)
