Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination across software/IT projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn Agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
Support creation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
Participate in requirement workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams
Create wireframes/mockups (basic) to support requirement clarity
Conduct gap analysis and assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Maintain requirement traceability matrices
Coordinate between business stakeholders, QA, and development teams
Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and documentation
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Miro
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
