This job is provided by apna.co A Field Sales Executive for gold loans travels locally to find new clients, pitch gold-backed financial products, assist with doorstep or branch documentation, and meet monthly sales goals. The role requires direct market outreach, a two-wheeler vehicle, and basic knowledge of loan terms.
Key Responsibilities
Find new customers through direct field visits, local market campaigns, and door-to-door pitches.
Explain loan features, interest rates, and safety terms to clients.
Collect initial application forms, KYC papers, and assist with gold evaluation coordination.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly target metrics.
Build lasting rapport with local communities and repeat clients.
Report daily field activities and update records in the company CRM tool
