- Develop and execute recruiting plans to fulfill the staffing needs in the IT sector.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn), social media, and networking events.
- Screen and interview potential candidates for technical aptitude and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
- Create and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
- Participate in employee welfare, engagement, and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide support in various HR functions as needed.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the IT domain.
- Proficiency in utilizing online job portals and social media for recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
