Key Responsibilities

As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be at the forefront of attracting top talents in the IT domain. Your primary focus will be sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to join our expanding team, ensuring the growth of InteleCorp Software. Additionally, you will be contributing

to the overall employee experience by participating in generalist HR roles.

• Develop and execute recruiting plans to fulfill the staffing needs in the IT sector.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn), social media, and networking events.
• Screen and interview potential candidates for technical aptitude and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Create and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
• Participate in employee welfare, engagement, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide support in various HR functions as needed.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the IT domain.
• Proficiency in utilizing online job portals and social media for recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
