Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment strategies that enable the organization to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent across engineering, projects, procurement, construction, corporate, and leadership functions. The role partners closely with business leaders to align workforce planning with business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment from requisition through onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Drive sourcing through direct search, referrals, social media and agency partnerships.
- Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure recruitment compliance, governance and process excellence.
- Manage recruitment vendors and external search partners. Track and report recruitment KPIs and hiring outcomes

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
- 10–15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience leading recruitment teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and recruitment technologies.
