HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for managing our human resources operations, ensuring effective recruitment processes, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR practices, with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality talent.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Nurture a positive working environment by setting up appropriate channels of communication.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program; assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs accordingly.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases; ability to lead software payroll systems integrations seamlessly.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Skill in designing strategies for Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll handling as per legal standards.

• Adept at Performance Management systems to enhance employee productivity.
• Strong capabilities in Conflict Resolution to maintain harmonious workplace relationships.
