About The Role

We are looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Lead who can build and scale our marketing engine while strengthening Surya Sangam's brand presence across India. Surya Sangam, an initiative of Alarth Green Pvt. Ltd., is accelerating India's transition towards clean and sustainable energy by helping homeowners, MSMEs, industries, and institutions adopt solar energy solutions. Our mission is to simplify solar adoption, reduce energy costs, and contribute to a low-carbon future through technology-driven and customer-centric renewable energy solutions. Position Overview: As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving Surya Sangam's growth through data-driven marketing, lead generation, brand building, content strategy, and marketing operations. This is a high-impact role that combines performance marketing, analytics, content strategy, website optimization, customer acquisition, and brand development. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking ownership, experimenting with new growth strategies, and building scalable marketing systems in a fast-growing startup environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Growth & Lead Generation Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to generate qualified leads. Manage customer acquisition campaigns across digital channels. Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and tracking. Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI. 2. Performance Marketing Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. Manage paid marketing budgets efficiently. Conduct audience targeting, campaign testing, and performance analysis. Identify opportunities to improve cost per lead (CPL) and campaign effectiveness. 3. Brand Building & Content Strategy Strengthen Surya Sangam's brand presence across digital platforms. Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives. Coordinate creation of social media, website, and marketing content. Ensure consistent brand communication and messaging. 4. Website & Conversion Optimization Collaborate with design and development teams to improve website performance. Identify opportunities to improve user experience (UI/UX) and customer journeys. Optimize landing pages and lead capture mechanisms. Monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion performance. 5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key marketing metrics and campaign performance. Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports. Use data to identify growth opportunities and improve decision-making. Present insights and recommendations to the leadership team. 6. Marketing Operations & Team Coordination Assist in building scalable marketing processes and systems. Coordinate with internal teams, interns, freelancers, agencies, and external partners. Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Support the development of long-term marketing strategies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Growth Metrics Qualified leads generated Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Cost Per Lead (CPL) Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) 2. Digital Performance Website traffic growth Landing page conversion rates Campaign performance and ROI Social media growth and engagement 3. Business Impact Consultations generated Sales opportunities created Contribution to revenue growth Brand visibility and awareness Eligibility Criteria: Education Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or related fields MBA or relevant certifications are an added advantage Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related roles. Experience working in startups, technology companies, SaaS, renewable energy, or growth-focused environments is preferred. Required Skills: 1.
