Research and Development Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced R&D Engineer with a strong background in materials manufacturing and project management. This role involves leading research and development initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and driving innovation in material processing and product development to meet technical and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Development

• Development of products as per customer requirements.

• Conduct detailed analysis and testing of materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless project execution.

• Track project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Design and Testing

• Oversee prototype development and testing, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and performance goals.

• Evaluate test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.

Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, test protocols, and technical reports.

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ROHS).

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in composite materials R&D and project management.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of materials, including metals, Composite and manufacturing techniques.
  • Proven track record of managing R&D projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Competency in CAD and simulation software (e.g., Ansys, Abaqus).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
