About the Role


We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, excellent typography skills, and experience in creating social media creatives, ad campaigns, and digital marketing assets.


Key Responsibilities




  • Design high-quality social media posts, banners, ad creatives, and marketing collateral.




  • Create visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines and current design trends.




  • Develop performance-driven creatives for paid advertising campaigns.




  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.




  • Maintain consistency in branding across all digital platforms.




  • Perform basic video editing and motion graphics tasks when required.




  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative formats.




Requirements

Requirements




  • 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.




  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs and digital creatives.




  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.




  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory), Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.




  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.




  • Experience in creating high-converting ad creatives OR content-focused creative assets.




  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.




Preferred Skills




  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.




  • Knowledge of current design trends and content formats.




  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
