We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer with strong expertise in branding, packaging, and marketing creatives, along with basic video editing skills. This is a core execution-focused role where you will be responsible for building visually strong brand assets across digital and offline touchpoints. You will work closely with founders and marketing teams in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing directly to the visual identity of multiple emerging brands in the building materials and specialty products space. The role demands strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to independently execute high-quality creatives that maintain consistency across campaigns, packaging, and promotional content. Along with static design work, you will also contribute to short-form video edits and motion-based marketing assets, ensuring engaging visual communication across platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, posters, banners, and marketing collaterals across multiple brand requirements.
• Develop packaging designs for construction and specialty product lines ensuring strong brand recall.
• Create and edit short-form video content including reels, product demos, and promotional videos.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all branding and communication materials.
• Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful design outputs.
• Support basic motion design and visual storytelling using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Adapt designs for both digital and print formats based on business needs.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
• Ensure execution quality from concept stage to final delivery without heavy supervision.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and visual communication.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to independently execute design projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in creating packaging or product-based brand assets is a plus.
• Comfortable working on both digital creatives and offline/print materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a high design quality standard.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Exposure to AI design tools or UI/UX tools like Figma is an added advantage.
