Contract type: Full time

Over 13 years ago, we started Capital Placement with a bold vision: to open the world to students and graduates who dream of building global careers. We set out to remove the barriers that keep opportunity out of reach and to make international work experience accessible to anyone with ambition. Not just those with privilege, connections, or luck.

Today, that vision still guides every partnership we build. We work with over 5,000 employers across London, Singapore, New York, and beyond, helping them access driven, pre-vetted talent from around the world. For our partners, we don’t just provide interns; we deliver fresh perspectives, global diversity, and early-career talent ready to make an impact.

We’re now looking for a Global Partnerships Associate who’s excited by the idea of opening doors. Both for companies and for young people. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind growing our employer network, building genuine relationships, and connecting the right companies with the right candidates.

You’ll introduce Capital Placement to new organisations, understand their needs, and showcase how our internship programs help them grow. You’ll help shape future opportunities for thousands of young people while giving employers access to global talent they wouldn’t find anywhere else.

This isn’t just about closing deals. It’s about building partnerships that change lives.

  • Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with companies across different sectors that can host interns.

  • Run effective outreach campaigns using email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative lead-generation strategies to open conversations with employers.

  • Understand each company’s needs and recommend suitable interns from our pool of pre-vetted global candidates.

  • Manage the full partnership cycle: outreach, discovery calls, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and post-placement follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate records across our CRM and internal systems.

  • Represent Capital Placement professionally during calls, meetings, events, or virtual presentations.

If this sounds like you, we think you’ll fit right in:

  • A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with business leaders and building lasting relationships.

  • Someone with 1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or any client-facing role.

  • Target-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.

  • Energetic, positive, and comfortable reaching out proactively to new employers every day.

  • Strong problem-solver who can think on their feet and propose smart, practical solutions.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and conversations at once.

  • Curious and commercially aware you want to understand industries, companies, and what makes great partnerships work.

  • Eager to learn new tools, experiment with different approaches, and continuously improve.

  • You love finding ways to automate and streamline processes.

  • Most importantly, you are someone who is always looking to learn and develop new skills and at the same time, happy to teach others what you are good at!

Extra brownie points if you:

  • Have lived or studied abroad (we love a bit of global perspective)

  • Have prior experience in sales, business development or any role where you have gain experinece in the full-sales cycle.

Perks:

  • Competitive salary £500-650 (pegged to GBP)

  • A MacBook to help you work effectively

  • Private health insurance

  • 28 days holiday time per annum and quarterly wellness days to rest and recharge

  • Uber Eats budget

  • Learning and development budget to keep growing and levelling up

  • Opportunities to travel abroad

  • We've taken annual company getaways to Thailand in '23, Vietnam in '24, Sri Lanka in '25, and Vietnam in '26. Maybe you can help us pick the '27 location?

  • Significant potential to grow in the role and take on more responsibility

  • Work-from-home budget to set up your remote workstation

  • Work with amazing colleagues across 3 continents and 8 countries

Working Hours: You’ll be working in the UK from Monday to Thursday. We like to stay in sync with our global teams and customers. On Fridays, you’ll switch to your local time zone (9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) so you can wrap up the week at a good pace and still have your evening free.
