Role Overview:

We' are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Founder's Office and work directly with one of the founders on the company's important business priorities.

You will be at the centre of high-impact decision-making-driving strategic initiatives, solving ambiguous problems, and ensuring execution stays on track across teams.

This role offers exposure across the business and is designed as a fast-track path towards owning a business line or function over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with one of the founders to support key business priorities
• Track and steer ongoing projects, flagging risks and blockers early
• Conduct research, build frameworks, and structure analysis to inform decisions
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Operations, Finance, and other teams to keep priorities moving
• Build and maintain trackers/dashboards for key metrics and timelines

Qualifications

• B.Tech and MBA from premier institutes
• 1-2 years of experience (top-tier consulting, startups, or similarly high-intensity environments)
• Bias for action, high ownership, and strong execution skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to improve execution, automate workflows, and solve business problems
• Comfortable operating in a high-intensity environment - occasional late evenings / weekends to deliver on critical business priorities
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and under high stakes
