Lakeer is a fast-growing D2C stationery and paper brand based in Vadodara, Gujarat. We sell across Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and our own DTC website. 12 people on the team today, growing fast.

About the role

We're hiring our first Founder's Associate. This person works directly with the founder, with significant ownership from day one. Part right hand, part operating system builder for a multi-channel D2C company at scale.

What you'll do

• Work directly with the founder. Every meaningful decision in the business will involve you.

• Run the operating system — weekly business reviews, dashboards across Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy, and DTC, and making sure every function (ads, inventory, listings, finance, ops) runs on a rhythm without the founder driving it.

• Own discrete projects end-to-end. Onboarding Zepto. Festive campaign coordination. Listing optimization. Whatever needs to come off the founder's plate that quarter.

• Push back on the founder. Tell us when an idea is bad. Tell us when we're spending time on the wrong thing. The role is only valuable if you have the spine to disagree.

Who we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience as an analyst (consulting / IB), an operator at an early-stage startup, OR a top recent grad with strong internships and high ownership instincts.

• Sharp. Writes and thinks clearly.

• Comfortable with ambiguity. Most days will be 60% known playbook, 40% figuring it out as you go.

• Excel/Sheets fluent. You will live in spreadsheets.

• Hungry to learn the full business — not just one function.
