Finance Operations Expert II -P2P

WHO YOU ARE

You are the senior operational expert within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tower and the trusted partner of the Service Manager. You lead operational excellence by analysing business performance, identifying operational risks, driving standardization across countries and ensuring operational governance. You transform operational insights into actions by leading root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of operational performance, user experience and process compliance. You contribute to delivering the 3Es (Effectiveness, Efficiency and Experience) while supporting Ingka's ambition to become a lower-cost company through simplification, standardization and automation.

What we're looking for

• University degree and 6–7 years of relevant Finance experience, or minimum 9 years of overall relevant professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and end-to-end Finance operations.
• Proven experience analysing KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
• Passion for Operational Excellence, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Countries, IBM, Global Process Teams, Digital and AMS.

• Lead operational excellence across the assigned P2P tower.
• Own the analysis of KPIs, SLAs and operational performance trends, proactively identifying risks and driving actions before service levels are impacted.
• Lead operational performance reviews and recovery plans when KPIs or SLAs are declining or not improving as expected.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure sustainable corrective actions are implemented across countries.
• Drive standardization across countries by challenging local deviations and promoting global ways of working.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on the 3Es (Effectiveness, Efficiency and Experience).
• Lead complex country escalations and coordinate resolution with IBM and key stakeholders.
• Challenge supplier performance and ensure agreed service levels and operational expectations are consistently achieved.
• Lead Business Verification (BV) testing by validating new process scenarios and providing structured operational recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and operational excellence supporting Ingka's lower-cost agenda.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to the Service Manager, Global Process Teams and Digital to influence future improvements.
• Coach and develop Finance Operations Experts I by sharing knowledge, best practices and operational expertise.
• Represent OSS in governance meetings, operational reviews and stakeholder discussions when required.

P2P-specific responsibilities

• Lead improvements in Invoice Match (IM), PO Compliance and touchless processing.
• Drive supplier onboarding and adoption of Ariba e-Invoicing.
• Lead operational excellence across Invoice Processing, Payments and Supplier Operations.
• Ensure compliance with global P2P standards, controls and governance.
• Lead Month-End operational readiness and resolution of complex operational issues.
• Drive cross-country standardization initiatives and share best practices to continuously improve end-to-end P2P performance.
