Job Profile - Field Service Engineer - I

Description

• BE/BTECH (Regular candidate) from reputed universities with instrumentation and control as core subject and scoring not less than 75% marks as aggregate of all semesters in their final degree certificate.
• The candidate should have scored above 65% throughout their career including board exams.
• Fluent in English with good interpersonal and writing skills.
• Should have good logical reasoning skills. Programming skills on microcontroller or knowledge of any other language is preferred.
• Candidates with skills on networking will have added advantage.
• Fundamental knowledge on DCS and PLC is desired.
• Candidates preferred should be willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
• Willing to travel (>60%) to customer sites and stay till it is required. The Travel requirement may be on short notice whenever required. Should be available for 24x7 on mobile.
• FSE I job profile requires the engineer to attend customer calls, visit site to carry out PM/CM activities whenever required. They will need to maintain mission critical systems at running plants and hence should be ready to face emergency whenever required.
• The job involves 40% Documentation and report preparation.
• The candidate will have to adhere to Honeywell HSE policies and other mandatory compliances.
• Candidate will have to keep himself technically updated by completing the Trainings assigned to him by his superior.
• The candidate will need to Build, Develop & Sustain Customer relationships with effective Customer management.
• The job will involve Executing Service projects and migrations and will demand long stay at customer sites.
  
  

Other Mandatory Condition

• Individual shall work with a locking period of 36 months from the date of joining.
• Willing to work as a ‘Site Support Specialist ‘(Resident Support Engineer) at different locations across Gujarat
