Role Overview
SIRE is looking for a passionate and experienced Faculty member who can deliver high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences to our students. The ideal candidate will be a true domain expert who can not only teach but also mentor learners, contribute to curriculum design, and represent SIRE at academic and industry forums.

SIRE is looking for a passionate and experienced Faculty member who can deliver high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences to our students. The ideal candidate will be a true domain expert who can not only teach but also mentor learners, contribute to curriculum design, and represent SIRE at academic and industry forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 9 to 18 hours of teaching and activity-based sessions per week, ensuring engaging and outcomedriven learning experiences.
- Coordinate closely with fellow faculty members and visiting industry experts on the planning and delivery of the curriculum.
- Identify and resolve academic and learning issues faced by enrolled students / learners in a timely manner.
- Guide and mentor learners to support their overall growth, development, and career readiness.
- Assist the Head of Academics / Academic Director in developing curriculum for new and upcoming courses.
- Actively participate in, and where required lead, academic events, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously bring real-world, practical insights into the classroom.

- Market consulting (IPC – JLL / Knight Frank / Cushman & Wakefield, etc.)

- Legal solicitors for land and property
- Project liaisoning / government permissions
- RERA cases – builder side
- Legal expert (all real estate laws)
- Sales & Marketing professional with a developer
- Channel partner or broker
- Architect for real estate projects
- MEPF & Green Building consultant
- Branding agency for Real Estate
- Event planner for real estate – brokers, investor project launches and property shows
- Retail and Mall expert
- Industrial township expert
- Warehouse expert
- Grade A Property pre-leasing expert
- GIFT City sales expert
- Fund Manager / AIF-2 expert
- REITs expert
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant industry experience in the relevant domain.
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise with the ability to translate real-world experience into effective, structured teaching.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- A collaborative mindset to work with fellow faculty, visiting experts, and academic leadership.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
