About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.8B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About The Role

As a Demo Systems Specialist, you’ll be the technical backbone of our pre-sales organization — building, maintaining, and innovating on our demo environments, tools, and assets that help our Solutions Consulting (SC) team and the broader organization bring our product to life.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Solutions Consultants, Product, and Engineering to ensure every demo is reliable, scalable, and showcases the product’s best story.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain scalable demo environments, data sets, and automation frameworks that power live and recorded demos.
  • Support the SC team by troubleshooting demo issues, setting up custom configurations, and ensuring demo environments are always ready for customer-facing use.
  • Develop reusable demo assets (data, scripts, templates, or integrations) that shorten setup time and improve consistency across the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and IT to align demo environments with the latest product releases.
  • Innovate and experiment with new and existing tools and processes to make demos more dynamic, personalized, and impactful.
  • Document best practices and maintain a knowledge base for demo setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Track data & analytics related to top issues for demo sites, informing opportunities to continue improving our demo sites and infrastructure.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical or pre-sales role.
  • Strong technical curiosity – ability to quickly learn complex SaaS systems and troubleshoot configurations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – comfortable flexing between technical engineers and non-technical field-facing stakeholders.
  • Passion for creating seamless, high-impact demo experiences.
