D365 BC: Functional Consultant (Remote)

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Location: Ahmedabad / Remote

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications and Business Central solutions.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules to meet client requirements.
• Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Define, execute and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities.
• Provide functional support during implementation, go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
• Work closely with technical consultants to support customizations, integrations and enhancements.
• Assist in data migration, process optimization, and system adoption initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central features and industry best practices.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Business Central modules.
• Proven experience in full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and consulting abilities.
• Understanding of Business Central development concepts and technologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management and ERP implementation methodologies.
• Experience working with international and domestic clients is mandatory.
• Knowledge of third-party add-ons and Business Central ecosystem solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across different time zones.
• Overseas travel experience and a valid visa will be an added advantage.
• Local candidates based in Gujarat will be preferred.
