Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Counsellor to guide prospective clients through their Canadian immigration journey. The role involves client counselling, lead conversion, relationship management, business development, and providing accurate information about immigration programs and opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and understand their immigration requirements
• Conduct professional counselling sessions and explain suitable immigration pathways
• Assess client profiles and recommend appropriate immigration programs
• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, consultations, and follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Coordinate with the social media and marketing teams to generate quality leads and improve inquiry conversions
• Develop and manage referral partner networks to generate business opportunities
• Stay updated on Canadian immigration programs, policies, regulations, and industry developments
• Address client queries professionally and provide end-to-end guidance throughout the immigration process
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth application processing and client satisfaction

Qualification:

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve business objectives
• Knowledge of immigration, overseas education, or visa processes will be an added advantage

Experience:

Freshers can apply

Prior experience in Counselling, Sales, Immigration, Education Consulting, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Business Development will be preferred
