Job Description

TechSecure Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst specializing in Threat Detection & Response to join our Security Operations Center (SOC). The role involves monitoring security events, analyzing threats, responding to incidents, and enhancing detection capabilities using SIEM and EDR tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in threat hunting, incident management, and a strong understanding of cyber threat landscapes.

Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM and EDR tools to identify potential threats.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of security incidents, perform root cause analysis and coordinate response actions.
• Develop and implement threat detection rules and use cases to enhance SOC capabilities.
• Perform proactive threat hunting to identify hidden threats within the environment.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and improve overall security posture.
