Responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network devices at DC/DR/NDR sites
- Handle network issues: ticketing, troubleshooting, and escalation
- Perform basic configuration changes as per SOPs
- Share daily reports on device health and network alerts
- Support L2 engineers with issue resolution
- Coordinate with DC teams and service providers
- Maintain network device inventory and architecture diagrams
- Participate in DR drills
- Perform basic cabling (crimping, routing, etc.)
- CCNA certification with 3 years of Experience
- Eductional Qualification - Diploma / bachelor degree
- Basic knowledge of networking and devices (Cisco, Juniper)
- Understanding of troubleshooting and IT support
- Familiarity with data center or hybrid cloud environments
- Knowledge of ITSM (incident/problem management)

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Networking Knowledge Base: Exposure to a solid base of networking knowledge, including hardware and software products, to provide technical support expertise.
- Technical Certification: Experience working with Digital Technical Certifications, such as Cisco CCNA / Juniper JNCIA.
- Technical Documentation Skills: Experience working with technical documentation for service personnel and clients, analyzing knowledge centers for different Networking technologies.
- Technical Documentation Expertise: Experience creating comprehensive technical documentation for service personnel and clients, analyzing knowledge centers for various Networking technologies.
