The Role
We are looking for a Customer & Partner Success Specialist who loves solving problems and communicating with people. This is a dynamic, hybrid role. You will be the face of Waplify for new users, guiding them through onboarding and basic technical setup. When you are not helping customers, you will proactively drive growth by building relationships with our affiliate and reseller partners.
You do not need to be a software developer, but you must be incredibly comfortable with technology, quick to learn new software, and confident speaking to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- User Onboarding: Guide new paying customers through platform setup, Meta business verification, and initial campaign creation.
- Trial Conversion: Monitor trial users, identify where they get stuck, and proactively reach out to help them complete their setup and transition to paid plans.
- Technical Support: Act as the first line of help for customer questions, troubleshooting basic API connections, webhooks, and automated workflows.
- Partner Management: Call existing resellers and affiliate partners to train them on the platform, provide marketing support, and help them close more clients.
- Resource Building: Create simple screen-recording videos and help-center guides for common customer questions to improve our self-serve support.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal fluency in English and Hindi is strictly required.
- Infrastructure: Candidates must have their own Laptop and a dedicated Mobile Phone for calling duties.
- Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
