- Ensure 100 Plus Tele Calling every day and Pitching Customer for Pitching New customer for Gold Loans
- Gold Loan Lead Generation through Talking to Branch Inactive Existing Database and Open Market Gold loan Customers only and ensure the conversion.
- Coordinate with different Branch staff and managers for closure.
- Supervising day to day operations in the customer service department
